Our Residency ArrangementsCameo Village is a registered Retirement Village under the Retirement Villages Act 1992.
Your residency in Cameo Village is based on a Lease for Life. Full details of the lease arrangement are contained in our Disclosure Booklet, which will be provided on request. Please use our Enquiry Form on the ‘Contact Us’ page to make further enquiries in this regard. A memorial has been registered against the freehold certificates of titles of the Village Land as required by the Retirement Villages Act 1992. These memorials give notice to all persons of the status of the land as a Retirement Village. This provides our residents with certainty regarding the long-term future of the Village. |
