Our Management and Operating ArrangementsCameo Village is an independent village owned and operated by a Perth based partnership. Since June 2011 the new ownership has progressively improved and upgraded the village and its facilities.
The village management is provided by one of the part owners, a friendly hands-on couple who are personally concerned with the upkeep of the village and the wellbeing of its residents. Our facilities may be modest in comparison with the large retirement villages however the absence of what for most are the seldom used country club and swimming pool means that our operating costs are correspondingly lower. Our residents’ ability to pay for operating costs is always a consideration in matters of expenditure and budgeting. The current fortnightly levy for operating costs is: 2 bedroom villa: $217 per fortnight 3 bedroom villa: $228 per fortnight The following main expenses are included in the fortnightly levy:
